Geotron UK is managed and operated by a small, dedicated team of individuals who work closely together to ensure that all projects are performed to the highest quality, safety and efficiency. Brief resumes of our key personnel are detailed below, CVs can be provided on request.
Managing Director
Dennis van Enk Ing. MSc.
Dennis assumes overall responsibility for the management and operation of Geotron UK. Dennis has a total of almost 20 years experience within the environmental consulting and contracting industries, working in The Netherlands, Belgium, West Africa and the UK. He has a degree in Environmental Technology and an MSc in Business Management.
Dennis has worked on a large number of site investigation and remediation projects for both large and small, local, national and multi-national businesses involved in activities such as chemical and petrochemical manufacturing, steel manufacturing, transportation (rail, aerospace, road etc.), quarrying and mining, greenfield and brownfield development and re-development companies.
Within Geotron UK Dennis manages the site crews, of which he is often part as a lead driller, is responsible for equipment purchasing and maintenance programme and leads the company through its growth and expansion.
Director
Adrie Lamore
Adrie assumes the role of Company Director for both Geotron UK and Geotron International B.V. Adrie founded Geotron in 1989 in the Netherlands and he has been actively involved in environmental and geotechnical site investigations throughout Europe and Worldwide since that time.
Adrie brings significant practical and technical experience to Geotron UK and is involved with the costing, planning and execution of projects performed by the Dutch-based fleet of drilling rigs for UK clients.
Operations Director
Sarah van Enk PhD. BSc.
Sarah has a total of 15 years experience working within the environmental consulting and contracting industry, prior to which she undertook a degree in Environmental Science and a PhD in Earth Science (Isotope Geochemistry).
Sarah assumes responsibility for day-to-day operations and company management and administration (human resources, accounting, purchasing, estimating etc.) and formally has the role of Company Secretary. She works closely with the site investigation teams to organise project logistics, communicate project information and is the main client contact for preparation of cost estimates, pre-project health & safety information, technical documentation and for reporting of project results when required.

Site Crews
Geotron UK currently employs a number of lead and assistant drilling engineers. Our lead drillers have at least four years experience within the industry and hold qualifications including NVQ level 2 (Land Drilling), specific machine competency certifications and various H&S cards including CSCS, CCNSG and SPA. Specific training and competency records for all our site crews can be provided to our clients during tender pre-qualification and/or during preparation of health and safety documentation for awarded contracts.
