Vactron LP AIR 300 SDT

Vactron LP AIR 300 SDT

The Vactron LP AIR 300 SDT has been part of our fleet since October 2011.  Although originally mounted on a trailer, this unit has recently been remounted on a 7.5 tonne flat bed truck.

Vacuum excavation is used by our ‘safe excavation’ crews to excavate service inspection pits prior to advancing boreholes with our hydraulic drilling rigs.

This relatively new technique also offers an alternative to traditional mechanical or hand excavation methods within both the site investigation and wider construction industry, improving progress rates and, most importantly, safety.
