In partnership with Geotron International and our sister company EPS B.V. (Environmental Probing Services), Geotron UK has access to four track mounted Geoprobe® Direct Push Machines, each with a range of specialised site investigation and remediation capabilities including:

Standard Window Sampling using Direct Push Technology (up to 15m)

Lined ‘Windowless’ Sampling with Dual Tube (cased) Sampling Systems (up to 15m)

Well Installation (up to 50mm OD) through open or cased boreholes

Discrete soil sampling using piston sampler

Rapid Groundwater/Soil vapour sampling from discrete depths using screened probes

Injection of in-situ remediation products (ORC/HRC/bacteria/nutrients/gels etc.)

Performance of Slug Tests to determine Hydraulic Conductivity (K)

In-situ measurement of Soil Electrical Conductivity for determination of subsurface lithological variations with depth

In-situ measurement of soil resistivity using a CPT cone allowing determination of a variety of geotechnical parameters

These machines are easy to transport with a trailer pulled by a 4WD vehicle, hence we can quickly respond to our client’s requests to mobilise to locations across the world.
